A plain-language launch privacy notice.

Effective July 23, 2026. This notice describes the limited information collected by the launch version of Airspace Ledger. It should be reviewed by qualified counsel before a broad public launch or the addition of advertising and analytics.

Information we collect

If you join the launch list, we store the email address you submit, subscription status, signup source, and timestamps. We do not currently sell personal information or use behavioral advertising.

How we use it

We use subscriber information to operate the requested newsletter, maintain the list, prevent abuse, and understand basic signup activity. We will not add unrelated marketing without an appropriate notice and choice.

Storage and providers

The site and subscriber database are hosted using service providers that process information on our behalf. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or removal from the launch list by contacting editor@airspaceledger.com. Future newsletter messages will include an unsubscribe mechanism before regular sending begins.

Changes

We will update this page when analytics, advertising, a newsletter delivery provider, or other material data practices are introduced.
